Share or misuse AI-generated resume outputs for deceptive or fraudulent activity.

4. Account Access & Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
5. Subscription Tiers and Beta Use
HireReady access is offered through subscription tiers, including beta testing options. Beta testers are expected to:

Use the tool within the designated usage limits.

Not share or resell access.

Understand that features may change, and data may be limited or purged.
Users who refer others during the beta period may receive additional usage credits.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including AI-powered output, templates, logos, and written guides, are the property of MyWellXP LLC. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our tools and coaching services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee specific results from any service, including HireReady. Your use is at your own risk. MyWellXP LLC is not liable for:

Employment decisions made using HireReady outputs.

Coaching outcomes or interpretations.

Temporary service interruptions.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after a posted update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user’s access to our services for violation of these Terms or abuse of the system.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Beta Features & Future Capabilities
HireReady may include beta access to unreleased or experimental features. By participating in beta testing, you agree that such features may contain bugs or be modified or removed at any time. We reserve the right to limit access based on usage tiers and referral programs.
Future capabilities may include resume scoring, enhanced analysis, and integrations with job tracking tools or browser extensions. Continued use of these features will require compliance with updated terms.
GDPR & Data Security
We take security seriously. Our systems use SSL encryption, captcha validation, and secure WordPress-based tools to limit the data we collect and protect what is collected.
We are committed to GDPR compliance. While most résumé content processed through HireReady is non-identifiable, if you submit any data that could qualify as personal under the GDPR, you have the right to:

Withdraw consent
Users who abuse the system for unlawful, deceptive, or unethical purposes—including generating fraudulent résumés or impersonating others—will be immediately removed from the platform and may face legal consequences.
