This Privacy Policy describes how MyWellXP LLC (“MyWellXP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you visit our website, use our wellness coaching services, or interact with our resume refinement assistant, HireReady, available at www.mywellxp.com.

We collect limited personal data in order to deliver our services and improve your experience. The information we collect depends on how you interact with us:

a. Wellness Coaching Services

  • Name, email address, and other contact information provided during sign-up or consultation.

  • Assessment responses and session notes voluntarily shared by clients.

b. HireReady (Resume Assistant)

  • Name and email address (for account setup and communication).

  • Résumé content and job posting data submitted by users.

  • Usage patterns and activity within the résumé customization tool.

  • No individual résumé data is shared or sold.

We aggregate non-identifiable data from interactions with HireReady for the purpose of service improvement and analytics.

2. Use of Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide wellness coaching and personalized support.

  • Operate and improve HireReady, including résumé feedback and scoring.

  • Communicate updates, service notices, and offers (with consent).

  • Enforce usage terms and detect misuse or abuse.

3. Data Storage and Retention

  • Wellness coaching data is stored securely and retained in accordance with applicable laws.

  • HireReady retains résumé content for the duration of the user session and short-term refinement period, unless a longer retention period is needed for troubleshooting or legal compliance.

  • AI-generated resume content is automatically deleted or anonymized within reasonable time frames. GDPR-compliant data purging is available.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or share your personal information with third-party marketing platforms. We may share information only when:

  • Required by law or legal obligation.

  • Necessary to protect our rights or prevent fraud/abuse.

  • Aggregated and anonymized for research or development purposes.

5. Security Measures

Our site uses SSL encryption, CAPTCHA verification, and secure hosting to protect your data. We minimize data collection and only request the information necessary for service delivery. If we identify enhanced protocols that benefit our users, we will update our policies accordingly.

6. Third-Party Tools

We use Groundhogg (CRM), Forminator (forms), WooCommerce (eCommerce), and other tools to operate MyWellXP and HireReady. These tools do not receive access to user data unless required for platform functionality. We monitor integrations and prioritize user privacy.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request corrections or deletions.

  • Object to data processing or withdraw consent.

  • Request data portability.

Future Features and Data Collection

We continually improve the HireReady résumé refinement tool to deliver enhanced value to users. Future features may include:

  • Résumé audit summaries and AI feedback reports

  • Job application tracking dashboards

  • Browser plugins for job post parsing

  • Referral and bonus programs

  • Resume score benchmarking and analytics

When new features are introduced, any additional data collection will be clearly explained within the tool and updated in this Privacy Policy prior to release. You will be notified and have the opportunity to consent to any materially different use of your information.

GDPR & Data Retention

HireReady complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar data privacy laws. While we do not intentionally collect data that links back to an identifiable individual, users located in the EU or jurisdictions with similar laws have the following rights:

  • To request access to any personal data stored

  • To request correction or deletion of data

  • To restrict or object to certain types of data use

  • To withdraw consent where applicable

We strive to minimize data retention. Résumé content submitted via the chatbot is temporarily stored to support the refinement session and may be automatically purged within a defined time window in compliance with GDPR standards. Aggregated usage data is retained for service improvement but contains no personally identifiable information.
